IT Support for Seniors

FACILITIES

On-Site Expertise: Our IT Support Associates work directly within the residential facility, providing in-person support.

RESIDENTS

Residents receive one-on-one assistance with personal computers, tablets, smartphones, and other electronic devices, ensuring they feel confident and connected.

We provide many services, including troubleshooting, device setup, software installation, and technical onboarding for new residents. Our team also offers consultation on technology purchases and solutions, helping residents make informed decisions.

Residents can request immediate service. Appointments are available Monday through Sunday.
